Principal

Jake Carey is the principal owner and CEO of Big Horn Masonry. He has been working with Big Horn Masonry for nearly 30 years, and became the primary owner in 2022. Jake earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management and spent time as a business banker for a period of time before rejoining Big Horn Masonry after the passing of his father (and company founder), Randy Carey in 2010.

25 years Foreman

Bob Turek began his masonry career in the great state of Nebraska. He moved to Colorado 30 years ago and shortly thereafter joined the Big Horn team. Bobby's keen attention to detail and quality has earned him a lead role within our company. His great sense of humor and ability to drive results makes him a pleasure to work with.

13 years Foreman

Dennis Dickerson came to Big Horn in the spring of 2000 from the state of Oregon. His abilities as a journeyman quickly led to his spot as a foreman and leader on our team. Dennis' laid back personality translates well to a positive and productive work place. His ability to gain trust from his team leads to quality and timely work.

32 years Safety Manager

Joe Gonzales may very well be the heart and soul of Big Horn. This Vietnam veteran joined Big Horn Masonry as one of our first laborers in 1980. His loyalty and knowledge are irreplaceable to us and everyone who ever meets him understands what our company is all about. Joe will do whatever it takes to make a project safe and put a smile on your face.
